Created in February 2008 by Allen Vartazarian, a UC Berkeley graduate, and Anthony Zanontian,a UC San Diego graduate, Taltopia is a Web 2.0 Talent Focused Social Network which connects aspiring artists with fans and talent industry professionals.

Aspiring artists can create their own pages like on Facebook and upload the images, pictures, videos or audios of their talents in a large number of categories, including modeling, music, dancing, acting and comedy.

Fans and critics judge the artists, voting them up or down in a Digg like Fame or Shame voting system, and decide who gets famous.

Artistic agents, scouts and casting directors in search of raw talent can find the stars of tomorrow.
